Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with a product you have purchased from www.threelightssupplements.com, please contact us within 15 days of delivery to be issued a full product refund. To get started, contact us with your order number and refund request:

*Limited Edition products are not available for refund/exchange.

*Exchanges are available for apparel/gear within 15 days of delivery (inventory levels permitting). They must be in unworn/new condition AND in their sealed original packaging. To begin your exchange, contact us with a photo of your item and your order number:

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
